Using Xenadrine RFA-1 I liked the anti-catabolic properties it had. I would keep muscle even while I lost fat. The question I have is if this is due to the ephedra in it, or was it another supplement in the mix.
Since they wont be making this product any more. I am wondering if there is some supplement that I can take that has this type of property that has worked for people without having to go to ephedra?
