Anthony Ellis put on a lie detector???

Is this true that Anthony Ellis, 97 body for life winner, failed in anwering no in a lie detector test in response to if he used steroids? My friend has his 250 page ebook. It looks pretty reasonable and it is a 12 week program. Weeks 1-6 you do 2 warmup sets, 4 heavy sets going higher in weight each set, 1 burnout set with the weight from first heavy set, then a superset of an isolation exercise. Then on weeks 7-10 you use german volume training. On weeks 11-12 you are on a fat loss program. Does anyone know about and have any advice on it? Anyone know the truth about Ellis? Thanks.

We all use steroids: our bodies make them. Cholesterol is a steroid and many of us eat beef or eggs. Many plant sterols are steroids. If he was at all aware of what he eats (likely) and someone asked whether he had ever ingested steroids he might well glitch at answering "No" despite being aware that the question wasn't necessarily intended to include such 'normal' steroids. That's one of the problems with lie detectors.

Without knowing the exact question posed and the follow-up questions used to explore the 'positive' indication the results are worthless propaganda and speculation. I'm sorry if this knowledge causes someone in the future who's 'natty' to fail a lie detector test.

Thanks...I thought the same thing that he might have just steamed over that question, since he took creatine, myoplex, multivitamins, oils, and some much other supplements that he might have confused himself on the question. It makes me happy to know he didn't because I am actaully using his program and his before and after pictures are very inspiring, and they help me stay motivated both with myself and following his program.
