Theory#1:
Islamic terrorist cells in Flordia are commissioned to carry out a biological attack in the State of Flordia, or another South-Eastern State.
If the terrorists are planning on using biological or chemical weapons, the weapons are already in the US.

The theory goes something like this. Al Queda import weapons grade anthrax into American using clandestine channels based in Iraq.
The imported Anthrax is then "tested" on a sample population to ensure its effectiveness. What proof? Look at the terrorist radicals and look at the people were infected. The terrorists claim a moral high ground in the war against America. They are Muslims first (however radical and disrepresentative of most Muslims), terrorists second. What they are doing in their eyes, is fighting America who is inherently "evil". Now look closely at the 2 victims of Anthrax in Flordia. Both worked for the Corporation that owns 3 of the nations most reputed tabloid papers - the Sun, the Globe and the National Enquirer. If your going to test out weapons grade anthrax before the big show, you may as well test it out on a peddler of lies and sensationalism........
Given that two people were infected with a highly uncommon airborn strain of Anthrax within 4 weeks of a massive terrorist attack on the US, it raises some disturing possiabliltiys.

300 cube inches x 667,218 kgs = 200,165,400 inches cubed volume of total imported *conviscated* illicit drug seizures by the DEA.
How much volume is 200,165,400 inches cubed??!
200,165,400 inches cubed = 4290 yds cubed = 45, 8x8x40ft overseas shipping containers.
If you estimate that the DEA only conviscates 10% of the total illicit drugs being imported into America , that means that :
450 8x8x40 ft oversea's shipping containers filled with contraband are imported successfully into the United States annually.
Thats the equivlent of the area of 1 football feild , 20ft high stacked with contraband (read: coke, herion, smack, weed, and whatever else foreigners want to illegally import)
Thats a huge volume of dope. Now consider this, all Osama Bin Laden has to do is import 2-3 cubic feet of illegal contraband (biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons) into the US to have a weapon of mass destruction ready to be deployed in America. That represents only=
