How in the Sam Hell am I suppose to pack on weight when it's 400 and 50 f-ing degrees outside????? SUCKS! I have ZERO appetitie.......I'm 5%bf and wnted to hold off on the EQ, but looks like I have no choice, huh bra-thers? Start tomorrow, I guess....

I'm feeling ya on this one. Im mid cycle right now and definitely having trouble eating enough in this heat. Too many meals are being replaced with 40oz of Hershey's chocolate milk...
