Another question on muscle waisting

Usually when I take an extra week off I'm actually stronger. Three weeks is nothing your just stronger than you were before, don't worry about being weaker.

ThanX brother!! Cant wait to get back into it! This back feels like its never going to heal! Soon I hope! And to think I took it all for granted. haha Im gonna appreciate lifting alot more when I get back! ThanX again!

Its an upper back pull my brother. It fucking sucks! haha It started off as a low back pull from attempting a 600lb beast lift (a deadlift with the bar behind the legs). Then I took 6 days off from lifting and went back to hit chest. On my last set of bench press I felt a cracking in my upper back (right side), and reracked the weight. So the pull somehow moved from lowerback to upper. Had I skipped one chest session I probabally wouldve been fine by now. haha Hope to heal up soon!
