Is there a visible difference between having "dense" strong muscles vs. a bodybuilders muscles going for hypertrophy?
Some people say some bodybuilders look "blown-up" vs. being "dense" like say a swimmer. Is there anything to this or is it just cause bodybuilders are just so big?
