Another phyto post!!!! lol WTF

I just wanted to let everyone know I got my phyto-test today!!! 4 bottles plus 2 bottles of unleashed!! I'm sick of hearing about these supps so I figured I'd try them.
age 25
5'10
194lbs
13 or 14% bf

I've hit a sticking point after recovering from a herniated disc so I have high hopes after reading digitized soul's log. My max bench is 290 or 295. I haven't went above 225lbs on sqats or stiff legged deadlifts in a long time but plan on starting to next week. I work up to 3 sets of 225 sqats for 6 and 3 sets of 8 with 225lbs on stiff deads. I don't feel comfortable doing regular deads any more. I'm competing with a buddy for to see who gets 315lbs on the bench first and we plan on posting progress on myspace in the near future. I'll throw the link in later.

It's really hard to stick to a decent diet with my job but i plan on eating mostly red meat and chicken and whatever i can get my hands on if I'm hungry enough :)

be careful with that disc - I know it hurts like a SOB, most pain I've ever been in mysellf.
 
Stretching, some hypers and other core shit(not enough though,I hate doing fucking abs!!) and a belt with anything above 225lbs. If I stick with this i feel like I'll be all right but I'm always nervous on back and leg days!!!

Im working with someone right now who has this same issue. I got him doing a little yoga on the side. Its working out quite well.

It grows on you, I can hold it in my cavities for a solid 60seconds now no problem. The 2nd batch was a lot less "offensive" in that initial alcohol slap anyway, at least for me..
 
i onyl have 1 bottle, im taking about 10 ML a day, i use that spoon it came in and just fill it up , whichi is 5ML...


how long would this last me?
and is that fine?

Sound about right to me, its hard to get <5ml so I just fill er up too.

Well there are 60 doses per bottle, so a month?

Yeah, its supposed to be 4ml... so you fill just right before the top on the 5ml spoon.

A lot of respect for you pp but the spoon sucks.


I can't dose at work at all and i never know what I'm going to work or when I'm getting off. I dosed at 12pm and 5:20 am. I'm sure it'll be different tonight. I'm going to try to keep it in the morning and before bed at least.


I'm going to start taking a shaker to work do you think it'd be alright to pour a little between a couple of scoops of protein? I don't think it could hurt.

I have some fancy stainless steel measuring spoons. The teaspoon is the same as the plastic spoon PP provided. You can get a decent set at the Big Box stores, or you might even have one and not know it. I can't wait to start my Phyto up on Monday. Peace

Yeah, you could probably put a little in your protein if you plan on mixing it the same day.

yesterday I was real strong in the gym!! A lot of good solid lifts. If i didn't have to go to work and had gotten more sleep I would of been a monster. Still running on no sleep today but will take a scoop of Nano vapor before I hit shoulders today. I'll keep you informed.
