friend told me they were playin' this song during her abs class today....they were doing "pelvic thrusts" and the music was perfectly coordinated to it....

everyone in the class started dropping like flys they were laughing so hard....
instructor didn't get what was so funny....

eh.....prob. need to hear her tell it...these people are strugglin to do this awkward ab crunch and of all the songs to be playin' it's that one....just made the people laugh at the motivational song choice

that song has been burned into my head since high school football camp my senior year. the radio station in the 3-stoplight town played that song every 45 minutes all day for the whole week.
