another 'my squat sucks' thread

ok i'm 225 lbs, 5'9 can bench 400+ shirted but can barely squat in the 300s raw. this is complete and utter bullshit

its not like i skimp on squatting or anything. i TRY to add weight every week. i got up to 345x3 with just a belt then i had my wisdom teeth pulled. now im 20 lbs lighter and today i could barely get 315 for a double

the weights just get heavier as the weeks go on

i try to make my form absolutely perfect. i really cant understand what im doing wrong

of course i dont have vids or even pics so none of you know what im talking about im sure
 
youre coming back off of a layoff from wisdom teeth? the weights are bound to be heavy for a little while. is this the first time you squatted since your wisdom teeth out?
 
Bro, I know how you feel. My squat has always sucked. In recent months, it has gotten much stronger, and I'm feeling more and more comfortable every week. DC/Old School have really helped strengthen my core and as a result, my squat has been increasing each week.

Maybe a change in your training would help?
 
im not dieting anymore. i guess the wisdom teeth ordeal might have something to do with it

but the weights i use are pathetic

i'd like to do a 5x3 or something basic but i cant even get a starting weight
