Well, I waited an extra 2 hours today to train, hoping that it would cool off. Wrong!!!! It was hotter than a bucket of balls outside today. Anyway... I was hard at it. Had some new toys to play with and was very excited about it, couldn't wait to give them a whirl...

That was it. It was horribly hot outside today and extremely humid. Drank about a gallon of water and tried to keep iced down a lot in between sets. Putting together some more training ideas together for next week already
