Well...didn't do much at all myself...but I did SOMETHING. I will get better.

Standing calf raises
45 x 10 x 3 sets

Softball Farmers Holds
27.5 x 10 seconds x 3 sets
38.5 x 20 seconds PR!!!! :)

Sled Walking
45 x 200' (front, back)
45 x 100' (front, back)
45 x 100' right side
45 x 100' left side

I also did some light gripper work and NEARLY closed the #3 gripper...so close.

The guys sure did have a good day today...let me post some pics and vids...

thanks alot man, really appreciate it...you know, i really love getting out there and seeing how far i really can push my body....thats whats so fun...is pushing past the point where you thought you could go no further.:D

Hey man...were staying at the La Quinta place friday night.Not sure what time we'll get there though.What class are you in ?..just curious .I think Im going to get wasted(in the contest!!lol..I dont drink).I trained the yoke twice,and did some farmers holds in the gym,and speed farmers at home....thats about all Ive been able to do to train for this,but it will be fun.

i'll be at la quinta fri and sat. i'll get up w/ you via pm or somtin soon b/c if your there in late afternoon i think we were all gonna try to grab a bite to eat somewhere. i havent trained a whole lot myself, just got into this a few training days ago. but ill be light novice 172;)

I still think there is something subliminal that brian is trying to tell us...he talks about that waiter more than anything else... When it isn't he waiter...he is saying one person is gay....then someone else. Makes me wonder if he is just using wishful thinking...

i just got done sanding and painting my two logs i just had made. they are gonna be the ones we use in nashville now and will be sold afterwards. they're nice. pretty red.;)
