500 rev band pull
Zercher Squat

Jason's brother made him a set of Farmer's Walk Implements. They are really nice but you have to have a good grip to use them. The handles are a lot closer to 2" than 1". I am guessing somewhere aroudn 1.75" or better.

Nope...my driveway.

The way you locked out your deadlift, is that good? I really looks like you can hurt your back like that.

Do mean that it was a lot of lower back? My legs went straight a lot earlier than they should have...but the bands really throw me off. It seems easy off of the floor but continually gets harder...and harder fast. One part of your body feels like it is easy then your body is all out of whack because it is different.

That...is the point though. It is different.

Is it dangerous? No. Can I hurt my back? I could hurt my back bending over to pet my dog also. I basically stiff-legged the last portion of the deadlift and if the tape would have kept going you would have heard me say...'whoa...that was a lot of lower back.'

If you are talking about something else in my deadlift...I'm not sure what it is...explain.

you are a stud! love seeing those clips. question for you what do you use for grip strength? my back is so much stronger than my grip and i really want to improve it. again the pics are awsome - you continue to impress and motivate the hell out of me bro.

Honestly, I used a thick bar for every exercise except squats for nearly a year. Did wonders for my grip strength.

I do farmers and NEVER use straps...ever...
