yes, the sky and leaves turning and dropping look good. we don't see much of a seasons change in new orleans......just hot and humid or occassionally cold and humid. love that about your area and my broly's house in n.e. TN.

what kind of old ar is tha in the background?

Good work B. I wanted to know if you are working on raising your strength levels, or are you trying to get some more endurance before the next competition???

I am in fairly poor health at the moment. Improving my cardio endurance is not an option at all. I am trying to bring up my hams, lower back, quads, tricep, and shoulder strength at the moment but am very limited right now.
