Feeling ok today so I gave lifting a big whirl...not too bad actually. Feeling pretty tired, worn down, and very sore in a few places...but not too bad.

Chain Suspended GM's (med stance, first time doing these) 40"
several warm ups of 5's, 3's, and 1's
545 x 1 PR, not to hard either

High Bar Squats
275 x 5, paused each at the bottom for 1 second

Zearcher Squats (bottom position)
135 x 3
225 x 3
315 x 1

Pull Throughs
Med Band x 20
Med and Light Band x 20

Standing Calf Raises
185 x 10 x 3 sets

Carry and Drag Medley
200 pound farmers 50', 225 sled 50'...non-stop for 4 rounds

Atlas Stones
230 x 1
310 x 1
415 x 0 :(
310 and 340 x 1
340 and 360 x 1

Abs and Gripper work

This was after I had wiped all the blood off of my arm and onto my shirt...it was pretty cool to see blood running down my arm and into my hand. Note: Tacky will stop the bleeding:).

I should have...they feel better with an elevated heel for sure...but I didn't feel like changing shoes to do high bar squats then changing right back to do Z-Squats and everything else in the gym.

Lookin good on the squats!! Are box squats still in your routine or are you in a different phase? Lifting Atlas stones looks strenuous. Looks like your hands were transformed into hamburger.

CoolColJ: With the chains it is easier to get the bar EXACTLY where you want it.

louden_swain: The stuff on my hands is all the dirt I pick up from the stones while doing them. Makes it tough to get a grip. What is fun is the blood that you see running down my arm and all over my shirt. That is from the tacky ripping the skin off of my arms as I pull on the stones...
