Clint good job on the farmer's, maybe you should try static holds with the farmers using the weight you will use at boston. Might get you use to holding the weight for time

well its not like you wouldnt be getting stronger too, so you would still be stronger.

but me and Trinity are excited about getting to train with bfold again, and she is excited to see ashley in person.

thanks LS - im trying to get to 300 by jan 01 - then try and stay that same weight the whole year. so by jan 01/2005, i will be a lot leaner.

I train 4x per week in the gym, one of those days carries over to events outside. I do near something every single day though, sled dragging, agility work, stretching, warming up sore muscles, etc...
