Here is a pic of the lizard that was holding down the barrels for us today

All in all a good day for everyone. We all set PR's on something and had a 'building' day on other events. Hopefully we are setting ourselves up for some big PR's in the next few months and there is a chance that all of us are getting ready for Boston.

Time for more alleve, ice, heat, and e-stim on my back. The log may get a good laugh at me again tomorrow...lol.

Went to bed, didn't make it very well...lol. Took some more alleve and hope that I can stretch enough to get some sleep in.

Thanks for the replies...means a lot. Just a reality check that I MUST get stronger...MUCH stronger. Grip must get better too...that is the first time I have ever dropped anything on a farmers.

Ya I hate it when I pick up 375lbs in each hand then ONLY walk almost 50' Lol...youll get there man.Might take a little time,but im sure that within the next 2 weeks you will make the 50'+ and possibly a turn

btw...i didnt know there were lizards in kentucky and when i went to go wash my hands with your hose there was this huge lizard...scared the shit out of me when i was there LOL
