If on my first set I do X amount of weight. Should I do the same amount on the second set for less reps, or with rest in the middle? Or should I lower the weight and go for the full amount of reps on the second set?
Just to clarify - I cannot do the same amount of weight on the second set, I am talking about the RM max for that amount of reps.
