Another cardio question

yet another cardio question..but.. I havent been able to run in 2 days because my calves were so sore it would hurt to even give them the slightest TOUCH... anyways.. they are still sore, but I can walk ok now.. probobly even run. I need to soooo bad.. Would it be bad to do so? I can't live without cardio now.. For I know how much it helps in my weight loss.
 
walking on a 15 degree incline at 4.2 mph will burn bodyweight divided by 10 calories per minute......
 
try sprinting on a 15 degree ioncline and see how long you last

Not long..
what I do now is probobly pretty efficient.. 1/4 mile run/walk, for atleast 2 miles.. which is atleast 30 minutes.. Its on a trail, which goes up and down.. no signifcant degree's.. but ..
