yet another cardio question..but.. I havent been able to run in 2 days because my calves were so sore it would hurt to even give them the slightest TOUCH... anyways.. they are still sore, but I can walk ok now.. probobly even run. I need to soooo bad.. Would it be bad to do so? I can't live without cardio now.. For I know how much it helps in my weight loss.
