I'm going to be starting the 5x5 routine tomorrow and have a question. I'm looking to bulk up and gain some mass. I'm 6'4" and weigh about 195, but ideally want to get up to about 215 - 220. For chest I'm going to do 5x5 flat bench, but should I do 2x8 incline db's or incline bench? What are the advantages/disadvantages of doing incline with dumbbells vs. the bar? Will the bar help with better gains in mass? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
