EF will hold it's first official Physique contest.

We are working on putting together an Elite Fitness Physique Contest.

Prizes will be awarded to the winner and place winners.

We are still working on the rules and we have yet to set a date.

ie) teens, 20-23, 24-35, 35 and older and different weight classes
