So I have to take a few months off from working out. I've always used Animal Pak vitamins. Is it overkill to keep taking these while not working out? At 11 pills and 5000% of the RDA values for most things, is that too much while not lifting?
I am not familiar with animal pak. If it is a vitamin pak then your fine taking it. If there are test boosters and creatine and things like that, you don't need it. Just take a multi-vita while your not working out.
animal pack sucks. you should always take vita's but i think a better one would be something to look into. i like dx7. regardless of what you pick. i would get a capped or liquid multi. 5000% of rda is overkill and unhealthy. in other words it does no good but it is harmful.

You don;t need quite as much since the demands on your body will be less. Just take a half dosage for health reasons. But wait...Animal Pack has all these different pills, right? That's why DX7 is better. It's better anyway.
