Well, I fell off the diet for a bit
A bit of drama at work, but now I've got me a new job and some new boys and all is well!! The diet is starting again tomorrow though. I gotta be in shape for the beach this summer!!

looks wise i will go for a female from 5'3 to 5'9 weight from 100lbs to 150 lbs. i dig all ethnicities. i have favorite physical features but don't use it as a measuring stick. esthetics is not key for me. i want a female who doesn't play mind games. i want a female who realizes i can't be perfect and i can't make things perfect. i am not god or godly. i want a female who lets me watch football and let me go to the weight room and not bitch about it. i want a female who knows how to be sexy and keeps it up. females should know that if you keep up your sexiness you have in the beginning of the relationship through out the entire relationship then mostly like the guy will do anything for the female and she won't even have to ask.
