I'm in. Right now about 6'2, 195-197lbs. 34 inch waist. Cut 4 inches off since early february, only minor strength loss (strength is my main goal lifting). Going down to 32 inches then will reevaluate. Good luck all.
The Weekend sucked had to go out because it was the last time i will see one of my friends for 4 years. so the weekend consisted of red bull vodkas and shity food.
I am pumped for this week. my stomach is on fire right know from the yohiburn. i will hit 2 cardio sessions today. 1 at lunch and 1 at night.
weekends always suck, I usually start off way under on calories because I don't eat as often as I should... I then have that one horrible meal to make up for it when I get 1500 calories or something ridiculous....
starting the CKD back up again... lost 8 lbs in a couple weeks last time I was on it... adding EC this time w/ cardio... hope to get shredded up for the summer
Let's do it. I lost, then I gained some back cuz I wanted to put on some muscle for spring. But now I'm gonna start doing some Guerilla Cardio on the Oak Street Beach in the mornings. Gotta get ripped.
