Anbody Up for Fat-loss Round 3?

weight today after AM cardio: 167 or so
height 6'3" or so
bodyfat...10-11%??

measurements of my sad glycogen depleted muscles:

chest: 42"
bis: flexed: 14 1/2"
neck: 14"
forearms: 11 1/2"
shoulders (I don't know how to do this one so i improvised, i measured fromt he center of one shoulder to the other across my upper chest) 21 1/2"
calves: 15 1/2"
thigh: 21
bellybutton: 31

I'm dong Mr. X's shift diet and taking NYC.
 
Nice, yesterday was my cheat day, R-ALA used by the handfulls.

Lost 4 pounds on the week, mostly water but some fat with it.

On to another week.
 
I love the begining of the week because i am back to normal and lost all the water weight i gained this weekend.
 
I'm right with you, I'm still holding some and its driving me nuts.

How are the rest of you guys doing? you better not fall off the bandwagon :mad:
 
day 3 and doing fine on the ckd... doing cardio 2-4 times a week.. and taking ephedrine hcl and caffine EOD... also lifting approx EOD... doing a 5x5 routine.

I'm off from working out till Saturday (following the Shift diet strictly)

Today's and tomorrow's melas will suck. 23 grams of fat and protein each meal 5 times day. Bla.
 
ah Fuck decided to try a CKD for 10 days started today out of the blue just for shits and giggles. i tried it 3 years ago, but came off in 3 days because i failed a test at school and shit my pants.

started today hopefully i won't screw myself.

what do you think of a CKD just for 10 days. then back to the normal diet of just reduced calories and carbs?
 
Fresh, just tried the above mentioned 10 day CKD experiment (heck I made it longer than last time I tried to stay in ketosis). It is not worth the initiation period for only 10 days.

My Update: The negatives of doing a TKD/modified CKD outweigh the positives now for me. Despite maintaining a significant caloric deficit I haven't seen any results yet. My workouts have been horrible over the last week. 0 energy. That is the main reason I am jumping ship.

I am changing my plan and am going to increase my kcals to about ~3000 a day as a refeed and hit the cardio pretty hard along with an NYC stack potentially. I'll be following a T-dawg type diet more or less with low carbs but not ketogenic levels.

How is everyone else doing? I don't want to be in second place with net fatloss of 0%.

gave up on the CKD just about shit my pants so i figured it was time to give it up. back to the old diet. i am down to almost my goal weight of 235 but ithink it is realy 250 (shitty scale). i am looking to go for another 15.
