GDAY, got my hands on some 20ml ****var. first cycle, i know most people say run test first cycle but i'm into boxing as well and huge gains are not my goal a t m. would mainly like to lose the stubborn fat and put another plate on the bench. planning on about 30mg per day divided doses. 5' 11'' 165lb. diet is good, should i up the calories when on var? wilol it make me really lethargic, cos i'll get smashed if i cant keep going when it gets hard? is pct nessecary? any input would be appreciated thank you.

Up your calories by adding more protein if your trying to lose fat and get stronger. Creatine works very well with Anavar.

+1 you need more good cals for it to work to its full potential. weight management also shouldn't be much of an issue if you do it properly.
 
THANKS FELLAS, i'll up the protein. i hear reports of 'lethargic reactions". any truth to these? any recommended pct nessecary with a low dose of a weak product?

it is not a weak product by any means--just a product that lacks a lot of the risks associated with an oral and the sides associated with any gear--var is strong as hell. PCT is always necessary, but to what degree--I would go with an otc one---damn--not sure if you can get it downunder-though

Var made me very lethargic. I didn't use it with test which could've been the problem. In any case, you can always use caffeine to combat the lethargy.

When do you run var in your test cycle? Towards the end? How much did you run?

I haven't done var with test but most people run it the last 6 weeks to harden up. I ran var at 40mg ED for 10 weeks which is too long IMO. 6 weeks would've been perfect.
 
what's up with the guys running 60-80mg for 10 weeks, what kind of results, and what do you weigh?? not talking about gains, i mean your body weight in regards to dosing..
