Anavar - Tingling in feet

Hello,
I did a cycle of anavar for 5 weeks at 60-80mg a day to get in shape for a trip to the beach. I have noticed after that I have a strong tingling sensation in my feet. It is constant and does not go away. I have been off the cycle now for about 10 days and still no change. Has anyone ever had this happen before? It's driving me nuts and I am starting to worry something is seriously wrong. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forums lonian. It's possible that you have a pinched nerve that's causing the tingling in your feet. Anavar typically gives you some crazy pumps, which can cause a lot of pressure on your nerves as they wind along the bones, ligaments and tendons. If this is the case, you might be able to get through it by resting, or a doctor might have to remove whatever's pressing on the nerve.

Thanks a lot for your response George! Do you think it would be best to lay off the exercise completely for awhile?

Foot massage places work wonders !!!

Shit just get a full body then foot

See if j can relax the body a bit

Sometimes water retention can be the culprit.

Assuming it is a pinched nerve, rest would be a good thing, although I know the thought of taking time off and losing gains is sickening. Like Stackinplates said massages could help. A visit to the doctor might be in order if you're still feeling the same level of intense tingling in your feet. Chiropractors can help immensely with a pinched nerve too, but again, that's if you know this is the cause.
