Anavar - Low Dose

Many of you will laugh. My purpose with this is to be less shut down, have minimal muscle wasting and perhaps add a slight amount of hardness to my physique. Basically I just want to scupt a bit before summer without doing a major cycle.

Proviron 50mg/ED wk 1-august (lol)
Anavar 40mg/ED 4weeks on/4 weeks off
T3 50mcg throughout (perhaps going to 75 while on the var)

(4 weeks off consisting of 2 weeks of clomid@ 50mg/ed, followed by two weeks of nothing)

I'm coupling this with my spring "shape up" plan if you will which consists of cardio 4x/week and lifting 4-5x/week. The cardio is usually done before or after my lifting, 30minutes. I'm trying to get in as much as I can for AM before food cardio and am going to try to keep that at 3x/week along with everything else. My cardio will increase once the weather improves and i can get my 75-90min outdoor workouts in 2-3x per week.

My diet is calorie reduced and is getting close to being completely dialed in. Lean meats, veggies, Low amounts of high GI carbs and low amounts of complex carbs in general.

I'm a big boy at 255lbs and 6'4". I don't need all the gear to do a proper cutting cycle and keep muscle mass, I don't loose my muscle very easily (neither do I my bodyfat though). I"m probably around 13-14% to be honest. I'd really like to be 240 at 8-9% for the summer time. That would really make me happy.

Part of me thinks If i can get there with the minimal amount of gear this spring, then that I'll run a bigger cycle through June/July/August to perhaps try to put on just ten clean lbs of muscle, no water and very little fat. However that is looking to far down the road.
 
Dude Just take some Test and inject it plz. Your liver will thank you later.

Don't put your body threw that type of stress, Its not worth it at all...

caps suck unless its Winny or Proviron, Clomid or Nova
 
dude i just got done running 40mg ed anavar, with test 500wk. after 4 weeks all i had to show for it was wicked BP and headaches. minimal strength gains. i dropped the var.

for your goals 250mg test would be great

everyones different until they try it
 
Looks good to me I love var and proviron I usually add some creatine never tried T3. I got bloodwork done right after 9 weeks of var and proviron was ruuning the var between 40-50mgs and proviron at 50mgs and my test and liver values were perfect my hdl was low 26. I would run some sesapure and fish oil during and some milk thistle or tylers.

Var at 40mg a day for a month wont mess up your liver!

I would guess the only possible problem with it could be being shut down part way and not having enough estrogen to keep your joints lubed up, but it probaly wont be too bad for only 30 days.

Hope so bro, but I just hate seeing people messing with cap only cycles.
Its not the best way to go for your body health Im talking about...

if u have issues w losing fat i wouldn't recomend going over 50mcg ed w the t3. u fuck up your thyroid and you'll be a sloppy bastard your whole life. try tunning a low dose of d-bol w ur var 10-15mg ed and start ur var at 20 mg ed and run it for 6-8 wks. don't worry about your liver you're not stressing it w this cycle, if so than you should prolly only drink wine coolers and sign up for a transplant cuz it ain't worth a shit anyway
