Many of you will laugh. My purpose with this is to be less shut down, have minimal muscle wasting and perhaps add a slight amount of hardness to my physique. Basically I just want to scupt a bit before summer without doing a major cycle.
Proviron 50mg/ED wk 1-august (lol)
Anavar 40mg/ED 4weeks on/4 weeks off
T3 50mcg throughout (perhaps going to 75 while on the var)
(4 weeks off consisting of 2 weeks of clomid@ 50mg/ed, followed by two weeks of nothing)
I'm coupling this with my spring "shape up" plan if you will which consists of cardio 4x/week and lifting 4-5x/week. The cardio is usually done before or after my lifting, 30minutes. I'm trying to get in as much as I can for AM before food cardio and am going to try to keep that at 3x/week along with everything else. My cardio will increase once the weather improves and i can get my 75-90min outdoor workouts in 2-3x per week.
My diet is calorie reduced and is getting close to being completely dialed in. Lean meats, veggies, Low amounts of high GI carbs and low amounts of complex carbs in general.
I'm a big boy at 255lbs and 6'4". I don't need all the gear to do a proper cutting cycle and keep muscle mass, I don't loose my muscle very easily (neither do I my bodyfat though). I"m probably around 13-14% to be honest. I'd really like to be 240 at 8-9% for the summer time. That would really make me happy.
Part of me thinks If i can get there with the minimal amount of gear this spring, then that I'll run a bigger cycle through June/July/August to perhaps try to put on just ten clean lbs of muscle, no water and very little fat. However that is looking to far down the road.
