anavar for women over 30yrl

my girl is 32 and she looking to do a cutting cycle with navar 10, what is the optimum dosage for a female over 30 and for how many weeks can she take it? some guys i know that do juices told me 30 mg per day? i wanted second opinions, thank you.

30mg/day is an absurd dose for a first anavar cycle for a female. 5-10mg is plenty.

Muskate....what I SO appreciate in your article on side effects is how you addressed the issue of sides being cumulative. Such an important point!!

So many women come here and say "it's been 4 days and I have no sides so I bumped it up to 20" etc...
