Anavar Cycle

Guys,

I just got a shipment of anavar 10 mg tablets. What's a good dossage to take it alone and would it hurt to use a fat burner, Xenadrine RFA-X with it? I have some left so was going to just combine the two.

Is it important to take something for my liver while on it?

5'11 188 lbs, about 13% bf. I have a relativley clean diet but should tweak it up a bit. I'd like to just get cut up for summer, looking to get about 10% bf. Thoughts?

Need to know your age before I give you advice. And also, give me a breakdown of your daily diet macronutrient intake. I.e., calories, fat, carbs, how many meals, and exactly what you're eating. The main "tweak" will be your diet.
 
25 yrs old. Intake around 3,000 calories. 3 eggs or high fiber ceral in morning, usually a whole wheat sandwich in afternoon, protein shake or protein shake in early afternoon, some sort of meat ie steak or fish for dinner and an 8:00 protein snack. To be honest do not keep specfic counts of protein ,carbs and fat.

Where do you think i should be????

Also is it cool to take the fat burner (Xendrdine RFA-x) with the var?

Yea bro, the xena should be fine.

Some highlights for a diet promoting leanness...

Eat every 2 or 3 hrs. I personally eat every 2. This means smaller meals, of course. I would slowly taper down your cals as you begin to strip down fat..as well as replace simple carbs with complex ones, and just straight up protein. I would have at least one day per week which you drastically increase cals, to shock and "reset" your metabolism from slowing. Don't go nuts on cheat food, eat as clean as you can. If you were going to cheat, this would be the day to do it. That would also be a fantastic choice for a 2 a day workout, to burn those extra cals off.

Try to keep the saturated fat low. Its good that you eat fish, as omega 3s and 6s are what you want to fill the fat content of your diet with.

Limit carbs in the evening.

I think I covered everything in a nutshell..let's talk about your workouts now. Tell me about a typical week for you please.
 
thanks, bro, great advise! What do you think i should limit my calorie intake to?

A typical workout is 3 days a week with weights, with 2 days cardio. I'm currently finishing up my last phase of Men's Fitness eternal beach body workout (Eternal Beach-Body Plan - Introduction - Men's Fitness). It has me doing all high intensity/high rep circuit traning. Do you have any good toning workouts you recommend?

I appreciate all the advise.
