Anavar by itself?

sup guys, looking into my 1st cycle..... was doing some reasearch and saw that anavar looks a little better than winny. was just wondering if running anavar by itself is a good idea.

im 5'11
170 lbs
19 yrs
10-13% bf

starting to train for mma and looking to lose some body fat and get real cut along with some strength gains. let me know what you guys think
 
Var is a great choice for your first cycle. Don't expect anything dramatic but 5-10lbs and some good strength gains can be made provided you have a proper diet. How long have you been training ? 40-50mg/Day for 8-10 weeks would be a good dose.
BTW...you will get a lot of people telling you to wait till your a little older, I won't be one of them as I started young as well. Do your research, make sure you know the possable sides, pre-cautions you must take and know what your puting into your body.

Oral only cycles are always discouraged for one, secondly I would not promote a cycle for someone that is only 19 years old, your test production should be at it's peak and you shouldn't fool with that. I am not your dad and cannot tell you what to do, so I'll tell ya, you'll enjoy the strength gains and if taking while in a calorie deficit and doing cardio, you will lean out nicely and maintain lean mass. I would run lower dosage for no more than 6 weeks at your age, I wouldn't exceed 50mg/day, with 30-40 being the ideal range. Becareful bro, your young body should be a test machine right now.
 
been training for about 3-4 yrs now, cant get rid of the fat on midsection also strength gains come very slowly for me. have pretty good diet, with plenty of cardio with the mma training 3 days a week. if indeed i go trhoug with the cycle would you recommend oral or inj?

The fat around the mid-section will come with time bro, a proper diet and training will eventually take care of it. I know it can be frustraiting as for most people, when dieting thats the last area to go (I'm one of them) As for the cycle, that really depends on your goals. From what you have said, Var seems like a good choice for you. Fairly mild anabolic with minimal sides and should give some good strength gains.

Var is not injected. It is an oral steroid.
after less than 3 weeks my wifes strength is up 25% at 10 mg every day.

It would have been wise for you to wait untill after age 21.

keep us posted if you do run the var.
 
yea i was thinking it only came in oral just wasnt too sure...

Has anyone done anavar by itself??? good or bad gains? what about body fat loss, or side affects...just lookin for some advice thanks
 
You might want to try some clen and/or other fat burners. AS has some great products. Your still developing your test production (till 25 from everything I know) and tampering with AAS may cause permanent damage. Dad
 
Yes I have.

ran it 6 weeks.
fucked up my cholesterol, liver and sex drive but I am over 35 years old.

gained 10lbs and all lifts up 25%

5 weeks later still as strong as I was on the var.

im thinking about just running 40 mg 6-8 weeks along with some NO2 and some nitro tech. Not trying to use any other form of AAS due to my MMA training and age. Does this sound like it will shred me up a bit let me know what you guys think.....

Sounds like a solid plan. Do not waste your money on Nitro-Tech, it's just a plain whey isolate with a jacked up price. The only thing that will "shred" you up is your diet, so make sure you have that set before you start anything.

Depends on your body type. I am card sensitive for the most part so when trying to shed some body fat, I have to drop the carbs to below 200g's a day (taking the majority in the morning and post workout) try a couple diffrent things with your diet and see what works best for you. When I start dieting, I'll usually take my maintance level cal intake (about 3000 a day) and drop that by about a couple hundred cals every 4-5 days until I feel my level is where it needs to be.

For me var at 100mg dropped my hdl into single digits and made my joints ache like nothing else. Warming up with 135lbs on the bench was painfull. I felt lethargic and just overall crappy on just 100mgs of var.
