I am a baseball player and I am having major back pump issues. Currently taking.
100 mg weekly cypionate
60 mg daily of anavar. recently up from 40.
At 40 I had no back pumps. It is starting to mess up my game.
I drink tons of water, take extra minerals, potassium, 10 grams of taurine and do not take any creatine or other products that will increase a pump.
Batting practice is hell anymore. I have tried to change my stance and swing to a little more upright to put less stress on the back but I can't do it.
I think I am going to have to go back down to 40 on the anavar but I was starting to feel the extra bump and I liked it.
Is 40 enough of a dose for in season or do I need to add something to it?
Any help is appreciated.
