Thanks Steve for your feedback, like Broski here I too am at the same bodyfat but dropping it fast so to speak. I will be doing a Masteron cycle with Test Cyp as my base and Winstrol! My question is how does one keep the hardness once Masteron is gone? Will Test Cyp help with this together with a high protein diet? Once I go off, I am going to continue with 100/mg of Test Cyp per week as my TRT as I am diagnosed with low Test. I am 38 years old, 5'10"
 
There's not much you can do to keep hardness after Masteron, unless you stay on or jump on another hardener like the SARM S4. S4 is not as strong as Masteron, but it is a pretty good hardener that you can run when you are off cycle.
 
Thank you Rick for your response to my post, as you suggested, I did create my own Thread not to hijack anyone's on here. Pardon me for doing so, I just thought why not ask questions while there are so many threads on the same topic! Thanks again Rick!

i never said to cut when shut down. you shouldn't be 'shut down' at all coming off a cycle ever. thats what PCT is for.

running this or that to cut down isn't that simple.. its up to diet #1. if you starve your body of sugars you will trim away body fat.. and by sugars I mean not just cupcakes and ice cream (which a bodybuilder should never touch no matter what).. i'm talking about dairy, breads, cereals, and yes even fruits.

i think if you keep on a bulking diet and run var and mast and your goal is to cut body fat you will be dissapointed with the results. i just run a tren/var cycle and added around 9 pounds and 1-2% of body fat. see pic in my avatar. why? because i bulked during cycle and ate ate ate.. granted it was clean but i still gained weight .. my strength went up nicely it was awesome cycle
 
Thank you Steve again for your solid input! I have a bad sweet tooth and really it does not help when on a cycle, I may use Clen and all but again not a good idea to eat that way as that does not produce a clean bulk. Now with what you mentioned, it is smart to cut sugars out completely no matter how they come in, only then will we see great results on the above cycle. I am going to run the same cycle so really looking forward to the results!
 
^^^ don't keep sugars in the house. that is the key. your brain craves it, when you eat it you feel 'normal' .. unfortunately sugar is an addiction just like anything else out there. dunno if anyone caught the 60 minutes over the weekend where they talked addictions and how they are diseases. addictions can be many things.. many of us have addictions to working out, and when we workout we feel normal.. when we don't workout we feel like shit. its fascinating stuff.
