One A days make me sick, physically wanting to throw up. I have not found a multi that I like yet.

Watermelon and cantaloupe makes my cousin physically sick not literally wanting to throw up but actually throwing up. Everyones body is different. Something in the One-a-day is not reacting well for your body. Whether it be the binder or one of the vitamins/minerals in it. There is no doubt you should look for something better suited for you.

I was simply giving you a reason why I do not prefer that brand. None of the VS or GNC brands are good for me either.

:)

there are a lot of decent multi's out there, and most of them do what they are supposed to. Protect you from deficiency. If the "multi-project" were to proceed it would be on the basis that you would get deficiency protection as well as additional benefits not derivable from even high doses of so called "stock" vitamins b-1, b-2, b-6, A, E, D, C etc..

though as both Bunny and CO-B-Man mentioned many mulit's use fillers, binders or vitamin concentrations that can make one feel ill. there can also be a huge disparity in tablet quality and release (making these good can cost more than the actives- particularly when basic vitamin raw materials are dirt cheap)

Sounds like a plan :)

I know! I never disagreed with you! That is the way I took it as well!

have actually look at this, and if it were done, it would be unlike any other multi on the market. However the cost would be higher than most and definitely higher than centrum types.

actually have wanted to do this, for mainly selfish reasons :p, since virtually none of the multis on the market have the bio-active and active analogue forms of most vitamins. For instance piroxidal-5-phosphate, instead of b-6. Benfotiamine, instead of thiamin. nicotinamide and n-nicotinyl instead of niacin.. etc..

Isn't GNC pretty bioavable as compared to most that are on the market?

Sorry to hijack but I know I can get an AF guy without creating another garbage thread.

Why is the AF Sesamin in powder form and others are an oil? I'm aware Sesamin is derived from Sesame oil (or the seed) but whats the difference in terms of effectiveness?

i would think the af store would be able to come out with a much better and more potent product. They are not making enough bottles to stock over 100,000 stores. Yes i know its an exaggeration.
