ive tried for a few days goin to the bolex site and keep gettin' "page unavailable", etc messages..... does anybody (who wont shred me for bein' a bolex member) got any info if there's somethin goin on with bolex,..... or maybe Im just having a security software problem with my macafeee, which is shit...

Going on 2 weeks now that it's been down, rumors have ranged from "owner went on vacation" to "domain registered in U.S. so it was taken down by feds because of banner ads selling roids"

ah...fuck bolex. that place sucks. it's a shame because there are some really knowledged bros there. it's not them i don't like...it's that fuckin' admin jerk-off! he really thinks he's somebody. he doesn't care less about the members...his customer service sucks and he likes to make up stories.

EF is 1000% more informative. the only place in my book that even coimes close is AR. hopefully bolex is gone for good, though thats probably not the case...we're just not that lucky. as long as i can remember, this happens every one in a while with them. they will probably be up again soon...unfortunately.

lol...i too am an outcast from bolex. the best thing they ever did was ban me from the site. when they did that...i even joined under a diffent name but still decided to stay away. there was no reason to go back after coming to EF.

Also, dont get me wrong, I still like the guys ive met on here as well just as much as I like the guys over at Bolex. I think I like Bolex better because they dont have this karma crap and the bombing. When we fight over there, we just fight and the last man standing is the last man standing. They dont have a system to crush you with bombs or take away karma. Its all very simple. There are also allot of pro's and fitness competitors on the site as well, and the one thing they have that Elite doesnt have is the almighty porn section

The one thing about Bolex is that a lot of the guys there are from the old yellow board days. They are not very welcoming to new Bro's and if you say anything negative about the Mods, Admin, or the site, they are very quick to ban you, it's kinda like they are saying "we run this place for us and if you don't like it then leave" In the 3+ years I've never felt like that place was very accepting of new guys, and they are very homophobic, not that I'm gay, but they are so phobic it makes me wonder how many of them are closeted....hmmm
