I've had some good diet advice on Meso as well.
I started out wanting to do a lean bulker. Getting up to 195lbs with 10% BF.
BTW I started out at 185lbs 14% BF. I haven't had my BF taken yet but I will after week 5.
My goals since have changed. I'm upping my calories and my carbs to try and increase gains. Long story short I think the gear I got is underdosed or bunk, even though all the feedback I got was very positive. Nothing really happening. I've got some new stuff from another source on the way and hopefully it will help more.
Currently here's a look at what I'm eating:
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal
Protein shake about an hour later (sometimes before): 2 scoops Muscle Milk OR 2 scoops Optimum Whey (if I'm going low carb).
1/2lb of 90/10 ground beef with a handful of spinach and baby greens. 2 tblsp sugar free Dijon Dressing (80 cals, 8g fat, sugar free & carb free)
1 chicken breast w/ salt-free Ms. Dash seasoning.
2 scoops Optimum Whey (or other low carb protein shake)
Lean beef or chicken (not breaded) patty over greens - followed shorty by 1/2 cup of brown rice 1 to 1.5 hours pre workout.
1 scoop Optimum Whey + NO Explode 30 mins pre-workout
2 scoops Optimum Whey + 1 scoop (35g) of Waxy Maize post workout (most times only half a scoop of WM though)
1 can of tuna w/ fat free Mayo dressing and cherry tomatoes (sometimes 2 cans if I'm hungry)
1 or 2 scoops of Optimum Whey before bed.
