That means we
1. workout
2. supplement or take hormonal products
3. diet hard
4. give advice on a plethera of medical and physiological subjects

If you don't do any of the 4 then LOL @ the crying

a platnum search on your username reveals that over 90% of your threads and replies are in the C&C section (like mine)..very little evidence shown of "20+ years of workouts and nutrition", much less any progress pics of your "20+ years" of working out...physician, heal thyself!
