George, I think that's cool...and it's a shame that someone would try to disparage urgently-needed AIDS research as a "gay charity." Whether it is or isn't administered by gay interests is irrelevant (given that AIDS affects all groups), and people ought to be free to contribute their incomes to any service programs they wish. Shame on T-mag for being snotty about this; anyone else remember how they defended auctioing a Testosterone leather jacket for the Red Cross? I agreed with their decision to o that, and regret that they would not permit other entrepeneurs from approaching service organizations as they opt, too.
