Ahh.. I was thinking it might be the niacin flush but didn't know if it was in there.. I went to look but must have skipped over that and was looking in the proprietary blend part for it. So 30g carbs.. complex I'm assuming. Will that hinder absorbtion time at all? Maybe take it a little earlier?

I'll keep you updated for sure. Whichever release was before the XT worked great for me, so I'm sure this new one and the addition of MCC will work even better.

I didn't really notice an increase in the effects, they were the same. However, there was a slightly longer delay before I felt it.. maybe 55 mins. It could have been the day though; so many different variables.

The carbs came from 1.5 pieces of whole wheat bread. Maybe a different complex carb source would yield different results!

The main objective was accomplished though (no flush).

I'm going to increase to 10 today and see how it feels.
