Do any of ya'll use these drinks during the day or after workouts? Are they a waste of money? I have been using White lighting after my workouts until i buy my other supps. but are they good products or what? Could find much on search

I drink their Carbo Force drink with Alafa Lipoic Acid and Glutaimines after work out.

they are owned by weider, so its all good as far as lebel claims go-my fave. drinks at the gym are that xxxl large drink, with 1100 calories, and white lightning-tastes really good!

They are legit. Weider owns American Bodybuilding, like so many others, and they can afford to meet there label claims. I have tried there preworkout ECA drinks and they taste pretty good and you do get a buzz. Nothing spectacular about the products they make, just that they are convenient.
