be careful with IGF1, most of it is fake or bunk

I plan on running some during my gyno removal program. Needto recommended it to me to combat the low igf-1 levels I will have. I'm 3 days into my log, I will start the Americell Mass stack on August 13th. Maybe someone else has ran it already tho? Go ahead and post your experience.

Did the tren-nds and noticed lowered body fat, but aggressive workouts were plentiful. added an inch on my arms at least and stamina was insaneee.. Pumps were good, haven't tried the EPOC yet....can't say i neccessarily want to..The igf-1 is intriguing thinking about running it but havent seen any feedback on it...
