Ambien

has anyone here ever had a script for ambien? i work nights and everyone else that works where i work has a prescription for it.

im just wondering how everyone responded to it, and if you had 5 or 10mg pills

i have it now and i take 10mg. you cant take them everynight for very long. you can get hooked and build tolerance quick. when i take one of em usually after 30min or so it knocks me out and i dont feel groggy in the mornings. for sleepin pills..its the best ive had so far.

I've taken the 5mg. The stuff messes me up for sure. I'm a zombie well into the next day.

Ambien is a good product if you have 6+ hours to sleep. If you have less I would not take it - Sonata is good for 4 hours. But, as mentioned before you can't take it all of the time. If you are having chronic sleep problems Trazadone is good product. It won't knock you out like Ambien or Sonata, but in about a week it will work awesome.
