Am I Proportional !?!?!?!

Ok, I'm going to post some pics here. Yep lighting ain't great, and I know my camera phone is still terrible. I also still haven't mastered posing while I hold the phone but I'm trying.

I have only gained about 6 pounds since I started trying to put weight on again so the upper body pics are just for reference so you can tell me if my upper & lower body are proportional? I need to know where to focus my training.

Also, if those look like Christmas boxer shorts, definitely are.

Uppers:

Upper 1
Upper 2
Upper 3

Lowers:

(These pics were impossible to take. In some my my calves are rotated and look non-existant. Oh well.)

Lower 1
Lower 2 (shaved off some hair in this one)

There is another answer, and that is maybe you can't tell without a full body pic. I guess if that's the case tell me and I'll try to get one.

do these answers mean I look proportional? I promise this wasn't just a post fishing for compliments...

I'll post a thread fishing for compliments once I gain about 15 more pounds or so lol
 
Well bran, if you want honesty and the hurtful truth, I'm your man;)

Your upper body looks way more developed than wheels. I was going to compliment you on your size gains and six pack but having read your last few replies, I won't now.LOL

SHIT! my worst fears have come true. I'm disproportionate. this is awful I knew people had been looking at me funny.

actually thanks for the compliment on the upper body, but I can't wait to get into the squat rack tonight.
 
OK, to be perfectly honest, I can't give an accurate response to your ..umm.. proportionality.. LOL.. because your pics are cut in half ;)

I'm guessing the wheels are still respectable

From what I can tell, in the first pic, your left pec seems a little more developed than your right. Hard to tell because of the shadows and arm placement. You're looking thick though regardless, keep up the good work!

lol, I was talking about upper vs. lower but

yeah that's actually cause I'm flexing with one arm and taking pics with the other.. ya know how when you flex your pec raises up.

Hard to tell based on the angle/flexing, but in the first pic it looks like maybe your bicep dissproportiantely big to your tricep. chicks dig that anyway though :P

I dunno I'm trying here...

wow see I think my tricep is bigger.. I'm going to have to take new pics guys these are really fucked up apparently.. at least I hope it's the pics and not my body.. LOL

Looking good Bran. I'd say your quads are a little behind. I woudn't say that you are out of proportion though. Keep doing what you are doing and try to murder your legs once a week. Squats, hack squats, leg press and stiff leg dead lifts. Along with your other favorite forms of punishment that you already do for them.
 
What do your gym numbers look like? if you can't squat and dead much more then you can bench start hitting the legs alot harder.
 
latest numbers (before you I switched to 5x5):

bench: 205 for 2 sets of 8

squat: 205 x 20 reps

deadlift: 275 for 2 sets of 8

so I guess you're right actually. that's not much more than I bench. still I want to take a full body shot and see what you guys think.
 
Honestly..your not stepping on stage so i wouldnt worry about getting or being proportional..no chick is gonna look at you and say "wow his left tri is bigger than his right ooo my gawwd i hope he doesnt come over here and talk to me" :chomp: i would stick with adding size especially thickening up those quads..you are lean though!!
