Am I obsessive?

Every day, eating every 1.5 hours is rediculous. But it's the only thing that maintains and builds muscle. It really sucks after a while. Sometimes I think how nice it would be to just go a few days and only eat like 3 meals a day, but I never will because thats how you get small and weak. Who else thinks like this? Am I obssessive? I also weigh myself after every meal during the day to make sure I am at or beyond my normal weight. The only thing that doesn't feel like a chore is when im in the gym. WHO else is like this?

"I also weigh myself after every meal during the day to make sure I am at or beyond my normal weight" - Yes you are obsessive.

yeah i weigh myself after every meal or after i take a shit to make sure that i havn't lost anything or to see if i've gained...and if i dont like what the scale says...i can position my feet over the edge of the front and it says i weigh about 2 or 3 lbs more and then i'm happy....but those 2 lb shits really fuck w/ me heh...and in the winter i love weighing myself with the hoody on

As the saying goes; "It's a lifestyle"

We must do our procedures everyday if we expect to maintain our status.

As the other saying goes; "If it was easy, then everyone would be doing it."

I admit that all the eating, workingout, dieting, etc. is a pain sometimes, but the end results are well worth it!

I eat about every 2 hours, and I use to weigh twice a day. During my last cycle I continued to eat like a horse, but didn't weigh one time for over 3 weeks. This took a lot of discipline for me. Now I weigh every other week or so and it is less stressful and my gains remained constant even post-cycle. My advice would be to not weigh for a week or two to see what happens, and eating 3-4 times a day for a couple of days won't make much difference.

As someone with OCD, you aren' that bad but the weighing in after every meal is definitely obsessive. If you can break the obsessions and just not do it periodically you're fine. At least your obsessions aren't exceptionally destructive. Try washing your handes like 100 times a day until they bleed. Or force yourself to count things like letters in books until your head hurts and yet you simply cannot stop. Or not eating at all. Could be worse bro. Yes, it interferes with my life eating all the time and all the discipline and shit but for me, I don't really have a choice - I have to obsess about something - and at least this is constructive to an extent and has me eating healthy. Okay, so the gear ain't such a phenomenal choice but I could be doing something really fucked up like collecting Pamela Anderson's pubichairs or some shit, which would probably have me in jail in about 16 seconds flat. Or worse, I could be collecting Louis Anderson's pubichairs. Ick.

Exactly, only the ones with the most will power are the biggest and best at what they do.
