Who finds themselves planning, writing down or thinking about workouts during their everyday activities?
Travelling to university on the train today, I was planning and writing down all of my workouts for the next 8 days.
Driving to the train station I saw a number plate "OHP736" and thought to myself: "I wonder if anybody can overhead press 736lbs?"...
