As far as bloated... I dont seem to feel or really see any bloating at all. My diet is real clean. My muscle pump is really hard especially when working arms. I have heard horror stories bout the omnadren causing heavy water retention. Some have even call it (omnaskull) because of the water retention in the face. So far so good on that. Im gonna up the dianabol to 50mg for the next 10 days the drop off it.
I have been back training regularly for 6 months 5 days a week before starting this cycle. I was 228 and at bout 8 percent BF when i tore my L-4 L5 and L-5 S-1. During my time off I dropped to 185. Im 6ft tall and had gotten about 80 percent of my strength back before starting my cycle. This morn I weighed 200. My endurance seems to be really close to where it was when I got injured and the strenght is coming back to almost where it was. Actually feeling ''normal'' again. Up 15.4 lbs. Just pinned the glute last night starting the 5th week. Normally my 5th-8th week has been my best gains. My wife is getting tired of cooking the amount she says it takes to feed me. Think shes just tired from the test sex drive.....lol
