Am I a newbie again ?

Its been a few years since I was a member here. I suffered a bad lower back injury on a cybex leg machine 3 years ago and was unable to lift and could barely walk. That being said...I let my membership expire here and havent worked out during those years. Good to be back on here and back in gym. Currently heres my cycle.
Week 1-10 Omnadren 250 2cc evry 4 days
Week 1-2 15mg Pink Thai d-bol 1/2 in morn 1/2 in eve)
Week 3-6 25mg Pink Thai (1/2 in morn and 1/2 in eve)
Week 6-10 15 mg Pink Thai (same as above)
Week 1-10 250mg EQ.
Just starting week 5 tomorrow and have currently gained 14.2 lbs. Almost the same gains as my first cycle 8 years ago.

Lots of great info that ive been reading from you guys lately. Im open to any advice you guys have. Been out of the ''loop'' for a while now..
I realize this is probably a long post for my first one in 3 years. Ill keep future one shorter..lol

Take the d..bol dose to 40mg for 5wks not ten..long time for 17aa gear.

250mg of EQ will do nothing. It needs to be 400mg or higher for 14weeks min. It fully kicks in at wk 6 or so. And i would run the test 2wks longer then the eq.

If your at wk 5 then not much u can do on the d...bol. I wouldnt run it 10wks. Hope you have more gear..thats all water from the d...bol..well not all of it..but a good part of it
 
Yes I have plenty of gear to extend things. Do you recommend I lay off the d-bol for now since this is the start of my 5th week ? I can go ahead and bump the EQ to 400 or more for the remainder. I can also extend the test a couple weeks or more than the EQ. Main queston is where do I go with the rest of the d-bol I have ?? Bump it up or lay off for now. Thanls for the info....

Why not hold off...Muscle memory will take its course, then juice back. You will get a lot more gains because if you juice now, all your going to do is rebuild what is already their in muscle memory.....My advice of course, but good luck either way.
 
I agree with jamm. Yeah, I'd give it some time to see what you can gain naturally. Might as well take advantage of the layoff. You'll probably grow like a weed.

Have you looked into some of the new supps? Some interesting stuff that could speed your gains. And you'll keep what you get. Feel free to ask which are good, which suck, what does what.

The cycle looks pretty good except forwhat lefthnd said: 10 weeks on dboll is pushing it. You can bump the E. Q. though substituting Primmo would be better.

hey bro i like that cycle alot, i like ur dbol doses, dbol is a strong drug like how ur running it, thinking of running something similar, how bloated are ya? thanks
 
how long have you been back to training? are you back up to reasonable strength and endurance without gear yet?

As far as bloated... I dont seem to feel or really see any bloating at all. My diet is real clean. My muscle pump is really hard especially when working arms. I have heard horror stories bout the omnadren causing heavy water retention. Some have even call it (omnaskull) because of the water retention in the face. So far so good on that. Im gonna up the dianabol to 50mg for the next 10 days the drop off it.

I have been back training regularly for 6 months 5 days a week before starting this cycle. I was 228 and at bout 8 percent BF when i tore my L-4 L5 and L-5 S-1. During my time off I dropped to 185. Im 6ft tall and had gotten about 80 percent of my strength back before starting my cycle. This morn I weighed 200. My endurance seems to be really close to where it was when I got injured and the strenght is coming back to almost where it was. Actually feeling ''normal'' again. Just feel sorta ''skinny'' compared to where i was..

Up 15.4 lbs. Just pinned the glute last night starting the 5th week. Normally my 5th-8th week has been my best gains. My wife is getting tired of cooking the amount she says it takes to feed me. Think shes just tired from the test sex drive.....lol
