Am Cardio. Empty Stomach?

been doing a.m cardio every other day,trying to cut up.i have been on hiit for 40mins each session + 5 min warm up and strecthes. 2 min intervals @ 138bpm then 2 min up to 172 for 1min of the hiit part.i am eating the right things and at the right times. your advice would be great guys.
 
If you are trying to cut Im pretty sure you are doing the right thing...HITT first thing in the am on an empty stomach
 
I dont like it on an empty stomach. if your metabolism is up and running and you are pushin hard I NEED that little extra energy from that morning meal or else i hit a wall badly.
