Alternating bars on box squats?

I have a meet in 4 weeks. My current routine for squat and dl is basically one heavy day and then one lighter day(mainly assistance). I'm gonna go back to a DE and ME day after this meet. I just got a SSB and I love it on box squats! I want to use it for my first wave of box squats. I was wondering what you guys think of doing 4 weeks with the SSB and then following with 4 weeks of the straight bar. Also, would you use different percentages factoring in the SSB being harder? Thanks
 
you can do the 4 weeks cycle or you could do SSB one week and switch to sraight bar the next week. Im doing this right now and i thinks its working pretty well, my box squat is getting better becuase the ssb is bringing up my upper back, and teaching me to arch more. i will probably continue this all the way through to my meet in april and see how it works out. initially you will have to drop the weight if your using the SSB, but youll get better at it and be able to use more weight, just let bar speed be your guide.
