anyone ever tell you, you can lift more weight if you don't go all the way down ;).

Good eye. On some of my singles I did bring them up a bit, not on the 5x5's at the end. The way I am running this program - I bench every 5th day. This was on Saturday (normal nite is Friday) - and did not have the same level of energy even though I went to bed early Friday and stayed real hydrated.

Nice pressing....I am a volume fan too.

But bro, you really should bag the bench work and do incline flyes for massive chest development, heavy lifting makes you fat......also, Abercrombie has a sale on t-shirts, 5 for $87, you should look into it, there weren't enough chicks watching you bench.
 
Dude - you figured my summer plans out with your internet mind reading skillz. My diet cycle is Hydroxycuts (look what they did for Cutler at the Olimpia) and soy milk. Throw in some Tren so I can keep my pumps.
